Tour One of Our Farms
Our ability to bring you quality peppers starts with cultivation. Long before peppers become flakes, powders, purees, or other ingredients, they begin in the field. Growing conditions, cultivation, harvesting, and handling all contribute to the quality of the final product. This is one of our farms in Peru.

It Starts in the Field
Pepper quality doesn't begin when a product reaches a processing facility. It begins with the plants themselves.
The peppers shown here are growing in one of the farms that helps supply the ingredients used in Magic Plant products.
From planting through harvest, the goal is to produce peppers that meet the needs of customers looking for consistent flavor, heat, color, and quality.
From Pepper to Ingredient
Different peppers ultimately serve very different purposes.
Some may be dried and processed into:
- Pepper flakes
- Ground pepper powders
- Whole dried peppers
Others may be used in additional pepper-based ingredient applications.
The intended finished product helps determine how peppers are selected, handled, and processed after harvest.
Quality Begins with Sourcing
For companies purchasing peppers and spices as ingredients, sourcing matters.
The variety of pepper, growing conditions, maturity at harvest, processing method, and final specification can all influence the finished ingredient.
That's why understanding where an ingredient comes from is an important part of understanding the product itself.
More Than Just Heat
Peppers are often discussed primarily in terms of heat, but there's much more to consider.
Depending on the variety and application, customers may be looking for specific:
- Heat levels
- Flavor profiles
- Colors
- Particle sizes
- Product forms
Starting with quality peppers helps provide the foundation for delivering those specifications. At Magic Plant, the journey from farm to finished ingredient begins with the pepper itself.
